At Teddy’s Threads, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and fair refund and returns policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.

We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain products, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@rimokidfashion.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and attach the return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a condition that is not as originally sent (e.g., damaged or worn), we may offer a partial refund.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. If the new item is available, we will process the exchange. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

6. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake made by Teddy’s Threads (e.g., incorrect item sent). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

8. Late Returns

We understand that sometimes circumstances prevent you from returning items within the 30-day window. However, we are unable to process returns after 30 days from the date of delivery. We encourage you to initiate returns as soon as possible to ensure a smooth process.

9. International Returns

International customers may return items following the same procedure, but they are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return. Please note that international returns may take longer to process.
